Roncelli Plastics business model is to service technology driven OEMs that require high performance parts. We are one of the few, fully capable component fabricators with our machining, welding, forming and die cutting capabilities. While this broad range of capabilities enables multiple approaches in solving design challenges and providing initial prototype to full production quantity capability. There are several pieces of equipment and various methods that can be utilized to die cut gaskets and pads. Understanding these capabilities can be advantageous to a designer in order to evaluate manufacturability and to minimize manufacturing cost. Slight design modification up front can save thousands of dollars in production costs down the road. One common requirement for materials is ASTM D2000 Rubber specification which can be defined or outlined at http://www.astm.org .
