Rapid Protoype Manufacturing is a special program and dedicated manufacturing cell, developed to help our clients who are on a shortened deadline or their production line or customer is down because of a broken part or for emergency needs.
Achieving world class plastics machining quality is the direct result of Roncelli Plastics investment in machines, employees, and management systems, which result in total customer satisfaction. We believe we have one of the best equipped machine shops in the world. This includes both equipment and employees, a legacy of Roncelli Plastics for over 38 years. Our Rapid Prototype Manufacturing or RPM Cell encapsulates these ideals, offering all of the same capabilities of our main floor production machining using the same equipment in a segregated and climate controlled area.
